Room reservation ends July 1st, 2025! While we would love to have you stay with us, we understand that this may not be possible for everyone and welcome you to make other accommodations if necessary or to split a room! To book your room, please call the FWNB and book with the event block using our block code. For those who choose to stay with us at FWNB and use the shuttle service we are providing, you must check in prior to coming to the ceremony due to their cutoff time for pre-check in. You will arrive at the casino at 3 PM CST (4 PM EST) for pre-check in, please note that your room will most likely not be ready to enter at this time. After you have done your pre-check in, head to the shuttle bus and it will take you to the venue in time for our ceremony! The shuttle will be departing FWNB promptly at 3:30 PM CST (4:30 PM EST).
